DRAFT ADVISING
Information is power and never more true than with draft advising the "Total Care" way. While many advisors wait for scouts to call, Marc is pro active. Making efforts to communicate with EVERY area scout, gather information, and create extensive notes. Further conversations with cross-checkers and scouting directors provides a more macro and accurate picture of how the industry sees a TCSM client. Finally, information sharing with a player's head coach and Marc's own baseball knowledge helps to project the expected draft round. Marc prefers to "undersell and overdeliver" and to that end, shapes the expectations of TCSM clients and their parents appropriately. Draft day should be one filled with joy and dreams, not disappointment--if at all avoided. Below is strong evidence that TCSM gets results.
