Salary Arbitration Expert

One of the most coveted bargained-for rights for an MLB player is to arbitrate his salary after establishing himself as a legitimate and valued MLB player.  All players who achieve three or more years of service (and some super 2s) are eligible to enter the arbitration system if tendered a contract to determine salaries for years 4, 5, and 6 in the major league before earning free agency.

The salary for a player dramatically increases with arbitration.  Extensive analysis of the player and comparable players is critical to a successful negotiation and presentation, if needed, at a hearing.  Persuasive slides introduce the three person arbitration panel not the player's background, history, profile and accomplishments which then lead into comparable players justifying our filed number.

Marc has extensive experience presenting salary arbitration cases for TCSM clients and has been hired by other agents to work prepare briefs and serve on the arbitration team.

Marc is a Salary Arbitration Expert Advisor by the Major League Baseball Player's Union.
